Flashback Friday!!!

I haven't done a flashback for a long time. This picture was taken during one of many "Circus Circus" adventures in Vegas. As a child, our family would drive to Arizona for Thanksgiving. Most of the time we would stay at "Circus Circus". So this is us (The Mason kids), with the stuffed animals we won and our faces painted. We got progressively better at the games as we got older and would come home with more stuffed animals and bigger stuffed animals. The tradition of being with my family in the room afterward was fun for me but as for the casino itself and the circus act; all those did for me were produce major anxiety. I was a pretty nervous kid.

Flashback Friday...

"The Mason Kids" I'm guessing the date is 1978. I'll post our actual names with our childhood name/nicknames in parenthesis. It just seems right to post the childhood names since we're so young in this picture. Morina (Lark) holding Alex (Lex), Chardell (Charie, Charlie), Candra (Candy), Rick (Richie). The patch on Alex's clothes says "Junior CB operator". So cute. I can't imagine having that many kids that are all so young.

Flashback Friday...

I'm posting 2 pictures this week for Flashback Friday. The first picture I'm posting because I happened to be talking to Stephanie when she was choosing her flashback picture. She told me which one she chose and I have the same one of me so I thought it would be fun if we both posted them. This is from 9th grade Indian Hills when we first became friends. Notice the massive blue satin bow on the back of my head. And what did I match it to....? The logo on my shirt. Very sad.
The second picture is a baby picture of me at 6 months old that I thought would be fun to throw in.
